- 4 thin sliced butterfly cut beef round
- 1 Tbsp. dry beef bouillon
- water
- chopped onions
- leftover vegetables
- sliced mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Cook beef in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.

2Place on side dish. Cover and keep warm.

3Put bouillon and small amount of water into same pan.

4Let liquids cook down (glaze).

5Add all vegetables.

6Let cook on low heat until done. Sauce should be semi-thick.

7Put steaks back in and heat through.

8Serves 4.
