- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 bottle chili sauce or ketchup
- 10 cloves
- 3 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop onions and garlic.

2Combine all ingredients in a heavy kettle and simmer with meat slowly about 3 hours.

3Remove meat; strain gravy and thicken with flour.
