- 1 1/2 doz. meatballs, cooked (make ahead)
- 4 carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- few grains cloves
- 6 to 7 gingersnaps, crushed
Directions

1Using powdered nonfat gravy mix, mix with water as directed. Add gingersnaps.

2Cook slowly 5 minutes. Add cooked, sliced carrots, wine vinegar, chopped onion, brown sugar and bay leaf. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

3Serve wide noodles, if desired.
