- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar

14tomatoes, kraut, sugar, bacon and onion. Turn sauerkraut mixture into a 2-quart casserole and cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

15Heat oven to 350° and bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes.
