  • 1 deep dish pie crust shell, thawed and unbaked
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fully cooked frozen sausage links
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • paprika to garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven and baking sheet to 450°.

    Slice each sausage link into one quarter inch pieces.

    Cook according to package directions; drain on paper towels.

    In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork.

    Stir in milk, cheeses, green onion and sausage.

    Pour into thawed pie crust; sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let cool on wire rack 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
