  • 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) sausage (brown and serve type)
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 8 1/4 oz. pineapple chunks (reserve 1/3 juice)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except sausage and pineapple over heat until smooth.

    Cut sausage into thirds and heat through.

    Add sausage and pineapple to sauce.
