- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated butterflake crescent rolls (6 rolls pkg.)
- 3/4 to 1 lb. ground sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- dash of ground pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Separate each roll into 5 pieces.

2Roll between 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.

3Press into greased miniature muffin tin.

4Brown sausage. Drain and spoon equally into muffin tin over rolls.

5Mix eggs, cottage cheese, chives, pepper and Parmesan cheese together.

6Spoon over sausage and bake at 375° for about 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
