- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 lb. sausage
- 10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and shortening with knives or pastry blender.

2(This mixture can be stored in a covered container and used later.)

3Add sausage and cheese to flour mixture; work up real well.

4Mixture will be real stiff.

5Roll into marble size balls.

6Bake in a 300° oven for 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
