Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. New York Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Let sausage come to room temperature.

    Grate cheese and let come to room temperature.

    Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick together.

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
  5. 5
    Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze.

    After frozen, put in a plastic bag.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. 8
    Keeps for 2 months. Yields approximately 53 balls.
