- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. New York Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick
Directions

1Let sausage come to room temperature.

2Grate cheese and let come to room temperature.

3Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick together.

4Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

5Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze.

6After frozen, put in a plastic bag.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

8Keeps for 2 months. Yields approximately 53 balls.
