  • 1 (8 oz.) pork sausage
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 14 oz. sauerkraut, drained and cut
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Cook sausage until brown and drain.

    Add other ingredients and mix.

    Chill until cool.

    Make into 3/4-inch balls.

    Dip in flour and beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.

    Deep fry until brown. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
