- 14 oz. sauerkraut, drained and cut
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown and drain.

2Add other ingredients and mix.

3Chill until cool.

4Make into 3/4-inch balls.

5Dip in flour and beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.

6Deep fry until brown. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
