  • 1 lb. sausage (room temperature; hot or mild)
  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt cheese slightly. Mix in Bisquick with a fork. Add sausage. Form small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
