  • 2 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. scrambled sausage, drained

Directions

    Cut shortening into flour; add milk, form ball of dough and fold in drained sausage.

    Roll dough on floured pastry sheet and cut into small biscuits.

    Place on baking pan and bake at 450°.
