  • 1 lb. hot sausage (bulk)
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • water to moisten

Directions

    Saute sausage in skillet until brown; drain off fat. In a mixing bowl, add cooked sausage to Bisquick and cheese, stir until well blended.

    Add a little water to make mixture gooey.

    Make small balls and bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 10 minutes.
