  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Melt cheese; add raw sausage and Bisquick mix.

    Mix well. Make small balls, put on greased cookie sheet and flatten a little.

    Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
