- 1 lb hot sausage or 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 cups milk or 1 12 cups water
Directions

1Fry and crumble sausage or chorizo, drain.

2Mix together bisquick, cornmeal, eggs, milk or water.

3Fold in sausage and spoon into greased muffin tins.

4Bake@ 375 degree oven for 9-11 minutes.
