- 1 stick (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 1/2 c. Bisquick
Directions

1Melt chopped cheese and sausage in double boiler until all ingredients blend.

2Add Bisquick and mix.

3Form into balls (walnut size).

4Refrigerate or freeze overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
