- 1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 medium chopped onion
- garlic powder to taste
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Allow dough to rise until nearly doubled.

2Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage.

3Add garlic powder and chopped onion.

4Cool.

5Roll bread dough into a 16 x 12-inch rectangle pan.

6Spread the sausage mixture over dough to within 1-inch of edge.

7Spread Mozzarella cheese on top of sausage mixture.

8Use as much cheese as you desire.

9Roll jelly style and seal edges of roll with your hands.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

11Serve warm.
