- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 lb. Colby Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onions, optional
- 1 sm. chopped hot pepper, optional
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well, pour into 9 x 13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and bake at 350° until well browned; about 25 to 30 minutes.
