Sausage Bread

Directions

   In pan, fry sausage, onion, pepper and seasoning until pepper is tender.

   Strain off grease.

   Roll dough in rectangle; prick with fork to make air holes.

   Fill with sausage, onion and pepper combo.

   Sprinkle with cheese (roll like a jelly roll).

   Beat egg; brush bread with egg.

   Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350°.
