Ingredients
- 2 loaves bread dough (homemade or store bought)
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Let bread dough rise.

2Fry sausage completely and drain off fat.

3Set aside.

4Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onion until tender.

5Turn burner off; stir in cheese.

6Add sausage; stir until cheese is melted.

7Roll out dough.

8Put half of sausage mixture in middle.

9Fold one side, then other.

10Brush dough with egg whites. Repeat with other dough.

11Bake in bread pans at 350° for 30 minutes.

12Can also be made with cold meats and other cheeses. Let cool, then slice.
