- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild)
Directions

1Thaw and let rise frozen bread dough.

2Cook sausage and cut up in fine pieces and drain sausage on paper towel.

3Roll dough out rectangle shape about 1/4-inch thick.

4Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the dough and roll dough up long side first.

5Place seam of loaf down on greased cookie sheet.

6Pinch ends of loaf.

7Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top of bread is golden brown.

8Let cool before slicing.
