Sausage Bread

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild)

Directions

    Thaw and let rise frozen bread dough.

    Cook sausage and cut up in fine pieces and drain sausage on paper towel.

    Roll dough out rectangle shape about 1/4-inch thick.

    Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the dough and roll dough up long side first.

    Place seam of loaf down on greased cookie sheet.

    Pinch ends of loaf.

    Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top of bread is golden brown.

    Let cool before slicing.
