- 1 pkg. frozen bread dough
- 8 Italian sweet sausages
- 1/4 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 large pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Place dough in bowl; cover.

2Let rise 6 to 8 hours.

3Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil.

4In frying pan, place peeled sausages. Fry well and drain.

5Add cheese; mix well.

6Add egg, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.

7Let set in pan.

8Cut dough in half.

9Roll half into rectangle; place half of sausage mixture on one side of dough.

10Fold over, pinch and seal open edge.

11Shape into crescent on cookie sheet with pinched side on outside.

12Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

13Make second crescent the same way.
