  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. cold coffee
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the sausage and brown sugar. Add nuts, raisins and flour. Mix the baking soda and coffee and add to mixture. Add other ingredients and bake at 350° for 2 hours in 10-inch Bundt pan.
