  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. cold coffee
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

    Mix all ingredients (it's easier to use your hands to work dry ingredients with sausage).

    Spread evenly in a 10-inch tube pan. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°.
