  • 3 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 (16 oz.) Jimmy Dean hot sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) Jimmy Dean sage sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Let bread dough thaw and rise overnight with melted butter on top. Roll out on floured surface into a rectangular shape. Brown sausage with onion and drain off grease. Layer sausage and cheeses on bread. Roll into a log with seams down and pinch ends under. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
