- 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 large (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine the ingredients using 1/2 small can tomato sauce. Make into patties and fry until brown.

2Add rest of tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.

3Makes about 8 patties.

4The sauce makes good gravy.
