- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 qt. water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 or 4 medium potatoes
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Put in a large pot.

3Add all ingredients except bell pepper and potatoes.

4Cook 1 hour on medium to low heat.

5Add peppers and potatoes; cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.

6Better if it sets overnight.
