Ingredients: 6 c. bread crumbs (biscuit); 6 c. cornbread crumbs; 1 c. melted butter; 2 tsp. salt; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. pepper; 2 c. celery, chopped; 1/4 c. chopped onion; sage or poultry seasoning to taste; 1/2 lb. sausage, fried; broth (to moisten)

2 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
sage or poultry seasoning to taste
1/2 lb. sausage, fried
broth (to moisten)

Directions

Brown sausage and add butter, eggs and bread crumbs. Add all other ingredients. Add broth until moist. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
