Sausage Egg And Cheese Roll Ups

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Unroll crescent roll triangles onto a greased baking sheet.

   Top with cheese slices.

   Scramble egg whites over medium low heat.

   Add eggs to triangles.

   Top with sausage links (I always have some precooked turkey sausage links on hand for stuff like this.)

   Roll them up.

   Brush with egg whites.

   I topped them with salt and pepper.

    Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
