- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Spread croutons in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cover with sausage and mushrooms.

3Mix eggs with milk and pour into pan.

4Top with cheese.

5Put in refrigerator overnight.

6Mix mushroom soup and milk.

7Pour over mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
