- 10 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Put cubed bread in bottom.

3Top with cheese.

4Brown and drain sausage.

5Place on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk and mustard and pour over.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Dilute mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole.

8Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or more.
