Sausage Egg Brunch

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Break bread up into pieces and put in 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.

    Put sausage over bread and then sprinkle cheese on top. Mix eggs and milk together and pour mixture over bread and meat. Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° until cheese comes to top.
