- 1 to 2 lb. sausage
- lasagna noodles
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cut meat in 3 to 4-inch pieces.

2Put slit in middle; fill with cheese.

3Cook 1 noodle per piece of sausage.

4Lay 3 to 4 noodles over top of mixture.

5Wrap each piece of sausage with one noodle that has been cooked nearly done.

6Lay in casserole.

7Put rest of cheese over top.

8Pour spaghetti sauce over top and put in oven. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
