Sausage Lasagna Wraps

  • 1 to 2 lb. sausage
  • lasagna noodles
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cut meat in 3 to 4-inch pieces.

    Put slit in middle; fill with cheese.

    Cook 1 noodle per piece of sausage.

    Lay 3 to 4 noodles over top of mixture.

    Wrap each piece of sausage with one noodle that has been cooked nearly done.

    Lay in casserole.

    Put rest of cheese over top.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over top and put in oven. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
