- 3/4 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. canned whole kernel corn
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 13 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water for about 8 minutes or until just tender; drain.

2Cook meat and onion until meat is browned; drain fat.

3Add corn, parsley and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

4Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

5Stir in cream cheese and milk.

6Stir in macaroni and heat through.

7Makes 2 servings.
