- 3 to 4 stalks celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. pan sausage
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix (not instant)
Directions

1Chop and saute celery, bell pepper and onion with the sausage (crumbled) until tender.

2Heat 3 cups of water to boil.

3In a casserole dish, add raw rice, soup mix and sauteed mixture; mix well.

4Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Easy to double or triple recipe.

6Freezes well.
