  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 uncooked 8-inch pie shells
