  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 pie shells
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain sausage.

    Slightly brown the pie shells.

    Mix the eggs, flour and evaporated milk together, then add the cheese. Pour over sausage which you have divided into the 2 pie shells. Cook at 350° until golden brown.
