Sausage Pie

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sweet sausage
  • 1 small Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs*
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • handful of Parmesan cheese
  • pepper

Directions

    Line bottom and sides of pie pan with 4 rolls to make crust (stretch and mold, it doesn't have to be perfect).

    Make sure bottom of pan is covered.

    Fry sausage and drain.
  4. 4
    Put sausage in crust.

    Shred Mozzarella cheese and mix with other ingredients. Pour on top of sausage.

    Stretch other 4 rolls to cover the pie. Beat another egg and spread over pie.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown.
