  • 9-inch frozen pie crust
  • 3/4 lb. sausage meat
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown sausage meat; drain and place in bottom of uncooked crust.

    Mix eggs, cheese, half and half, salt and pepper in bowl; pour over sausage.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven until golden brown.

    Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut.
