- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook until tender, not brown.

3Stir in pimiento, soup, milk, rice and seasonings.

4Pour into an ungreased casserole.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. For topping, combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over the top and bake uncovered 20 more minutes.
