  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown sausage.

    Drain.

    Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

    In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, onion, salt and pepper.

    Beat and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
