- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 deep dish pie shells
Directions

1Cook, crumble and drain sausage.

2Line pie shells with sausage.

3Beat eggs.

4Blend in milk, dry mustard, salt, cheese and sour cream.

5Pour over sausage.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
