  • 1 (10-inch) pastry shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. ground hot sausage, browned and drained
  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Prick pastry shell and bake 12 minutes. Remove shell and reduce temperature to 375°.

    In a large bowl, mix cheeses, sausage and onion.

    In a smaller bowl, beat eggs with cream.

    Combine ingredients and pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
