- 1 (10-inch) pastry shell
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground hot sausage, browned and drained
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Prick pastry shell and bake 12 minutes. Remove shell and reduce temperature to 375°.

3In a large bowl, mix cheeses, sausage and onion.

4In a smaller bowl, beat eggs with cream.

5Combine ingredients and pour into pastry shell.

6Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
