- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Thaw bread (not to rise).

2Cook sausage; drain.

3While hot, add 1 egg, cheese and seasoning.

4Mix and set aside.

5Roll dough into 6 x 18-inch (pull to size).

6Put meat filling in center; bring sides up and pinch on top.

7Form a ring; slice every 2 to 3 inches on top (not all the way through).

8Beat other egg and spread on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

10Then bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
