  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. country sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. onion (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. celery (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water

    Brown sausage for 15 minutes.

    Add vegetables and cook 15 minutes; drain.

    Mix 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup with sausage.
