- 1 pkg. bacon (each piece split 3 times)
Directions

1Wrap Smokies with bacon and toothpick.

2Sprinkle with packed brown sugar until thoroughly covered (usually 1/2 pound sugar). Cover with foil.

3Let refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes covered with foil.

5Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

6Best if in glass dish.
