  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • milk (enough to make soft dough)
  • 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)

    To make dough, mix flour, fat and milk.

    Roll out dough 1/4-inch thick on floured board.

    Cover with sausage and roll up in a roll.

    Chill thoroughly.

    Slice 1 1/2-inch slices.

    Bake in baking pan 15 or 20 minutes at 400°.
