  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 loaf cocktail rye

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain. Brown sausage and drain.

    Mix beef, sausage and cubed Velveeta cheese in a large skillet.

    Stir until cheese melts. Take off heat.

    Spoon onto cocktail rye. These freeze well for use in the future.
