- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 18 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
- 3 c. garlic flavored croutons
- 18 tomato slices (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cook and stir sausage until light brown; drain.

3Place sausage in greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch).

4Beat eggs, milk and salt.

5Stir in cheese.

6Pour egg mixture on sausage.

7Sprinkle with croutons.

8Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.

9Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

10Garnish with tomato slices, if desired.
