- 1 lb. pan sausage, cooked
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 to 1 1/2 qt. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- potatoes, cubed (how many you want)
- carrots, sliced (how many you want)
- celery, chopped (how much you want)
- 1 pt. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
Directions

1Brown sausage.

2Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans, and simmer until vegetables are tender.

3Add kidney beans and simmer 5 minutes more.
